Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga classes for second trimester until birth. Classes apply classical yoga to connect body, mind, breath and intuition. Pelvic floor and perineal exercises are covered along with postures for range of movement and attunement with baby. The intention is to maintain fitness, enhance connection and prepare mother and baby for birthing.
Postpartum Yoga
Postpartum Yoga classes from 12 weeks postpartum - after clearance from a midwife, physiotherapist or doctor. Yoga classes include breath, movement, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation. Yoga practices invite mothers to restore a sense of self through body, mind and breath. The intention is to nurture her and thus offer a boon to family life.
Bookings Required
Bookings are required. Classes are given in course blocks for small groups. See above schedule for dates and course cost. Upon booking course payment can be made via TWINT to Jacqui (Tel: 079 3089 7218) or transfer with IBAN.
